The new Bialetti Moka Induction 2020 is the perfect combination of the traditional, authentic Moka Express and the modern look of stainless steel. The upper part of the percolator is made of aluminum. However, the lower part is made of heavy stainless steel, making this Bialetti percolator suitable for all heat sources, including induction. Fill the lower reservoir with water just below the valve, put ground coffee in the filter, screw it all together and place it on a heat source. The water slowly bubbles up through the coffee, producing a rich, delicious, aromatic espresso in just a few minutes. After use, disassemble the Moka Express, rinse it and store it apart.
