Click on registration and submit your name, e-mail address and choose a password. You'll receive a confirmation message within minutes. 

Click on forgot password and submit your e-mail. You'll receive a e-mail message with a link to change your password. (Check your spam-folder if the message doesn't appear immediately)

Sign-in to your account, click on 'orders' and select the order you'd like to know the delivery-status.

When your are not happy with a product or a service, you contact the Vendor directly. Sign-in to your account, click on 'orders' and select the relevant order. Click here on 'Start communication' to send a message directly to the Vendor. Vendors are required to respond within 48 hours of message. They have a 5 day window to present a solution. 

You may return products to the Vendor within 14 days. Package your products in a sturdy box and send it to the Vendor. You'll find the return address of the Vendor in the package-slip. Do not return orders to Fête du Café, but send your return-order directly to the Vendor.

Click on Register as Vendor register as Vendor. You'll receive a confirmation message that includes the address and username/password for the Vendor portal.

You can sell products directly related to coffee. For example: Coffee beans, Coffee capsules, Coffee pads, Coffee machines, Coffee grinders, etc. We will run a quality check on any of the products you upload before publishing.

You can sell up to 10.000 products on Fête du Café with a standard/default Vendor plan.

Orders that have a track-and-trace code + a carrier and are flagged as 'Completed' are eligible for payment. Fête du Café will process payments to Vendors +/- 14 days after delivery. Please read the Vendor Manual for step-for-step instructions.

Fête du Café charges commission over each order. The commission is a fixed fee per order and a percentage over the total order value, including VAT. You can find the commission on the Fête du Café website and through your Vendor portal.

We offer a standard connecter to Shopify webshops. Contact the Fête du Café support-team to discuss possibilities connecting to Fête du Café using our API.

Products with relevant descriptions and high quality images sell better. Let's give our customers the best user-experience they can find.

• A descriptive product title.
• A short description should of at least 255 characters
• At least one image per product. (It’s a proven fact that products with multiple images sell better)
• Each product should have at least on unique image.
• Instead of charging shipping costs, calculate your shipping costs in the sales price. Vendors without shipping costs sell more.
• Feature fields (specifications like: color, brand, strength, etc.) are mandatory.
• Reliable information over packaging and content details.

We are support all countries that are part of the European Union. 

Fête du Café currently supports Dutch (NL) and English (EN). We will be supporting German, French, Spanish and Italian as from 2024.
