Explore the exquisite flavours of our Brazilian coffee, harvested in Carmo de Minas at an altitude of 1220 metres on the Santuario Sul farm. Thanks to the manual harvesting on the farm and the natural drying of the cherries for 18 days in African beds, we obtain a coffee with an exceptional profile in the cup, with notes of caramel, chocolate, almonds and nuts.
