Koffie Colombia

Black honey, a process in which the coffee is washed very shortly after the long fermentation to leave a larger amount of mucilage (honey) on the coffee bean, and then dried for about 15 days.

The Bourbon Cider variety is a mix between Bourbon and Typica, and it gets the name Bourbon Sidra due to its notes of apple cider and lime.
