The Rotterdam coffee
Coffee master Tacq has translated his knowledge of coffee from the past 15 years into Ketelbinkie coffee. He believes that less blending means more flavor. After extensive testing in the region, the current coffee has been created. Therefore, we can rightfully say that this blend of 100% Arabica beans is the taste of Rotterdam, also known as 'Real Rotterdam coffee'.
We buy our coffee directly from the farmers in the countries of origin (Brazil, Colombia, and India). Because we know who they are and how they work, the processing of coffee and bean size is determined in consultation. This contributes to a consistent and high-quality end product that we roast in-house. Rotterdam roasted, therefore.
