A full-bodied coffee with aromas of dark chocolate, nuts, butterscotch, and almond paste. Additionally, the coffee has a nice spiciness. The mouthfeel is reminiscent of Swiss chocolate.We slowly roast the Flores Arabica (grade 1) to a medium roast. This way, the rich flavor and delicate aromas are best preserved. The semi-washed coffee beans from Indonesia are responsible for sweetness and body.
