EVO is a safe and high-quality cleaning powder for semi-automatic espresso machines. It has been developed after extensive research into the organic production process and the maintenance of espresso machines.

Daily procedure for cleaning each group head:

Remove the coffee filter from the portafilter and replace it with a 'blind' filter
For daily cleaning, add 1 level scoop of Cafetto EVO Cleaning Powder to the portafilter and pretend to make espresso. Use 2 scoops if the machine is cleaned less frequently
Start the cycle and let it run for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaning powder
Stop the cycle and let it sit for 10 seconds
Repeat this 4 more times - let the cycle run for 10 seconds and then stop for 10 seconds
Remove the portafilter and thoroughly rinse it under running water. Turn off the machine
Reattach the portafilter with the 'blind' filter and repeat the cycle 10 times - let it run for 5 seconds and then stop for 2 seconds to thoroughly rinse. Remove the 'blind' filter and place a regular filter
Make an espresso and discard it to re-season the machine

Daily procedure for cleaning filters and portafilter:

Soak the portafilter and filters in 500 ml of hot water with 2 scoops of Cafetto EVO Cleaning Powder for 10 minutes. Then rinse them thoroughly under running hot water.
