EVO is a safe and high-quality cleaner for semi-automatic espresso machines. It is the result of extensive research into the organic production process and the cleaning and maintenance of espresso machines.

Features of Cafetto EVO Cleaning Powder:

The ingredients of EVO are quickly biodegradable and meet international standards.
EVO is formulated to meet the requirements of the AQIS 'National Standard for Organic and Bio Dynamic Product' and the 'National Organic Program' of the USDA.
EVO is registered by Biological Farmers of Australia.
EVO is completely and quickly soluble and leaves no odor after rinsing.
EVO comes with a measuring spoon for precise dosing.

Daily procedure to backflush each delivery group:

Remove the coffee filter from the filter holder and replace it with a 'blind' filter.
Add 1 level scoop of EVO Espresso Machine Cleaner to the group handle and act as if making espresso. Use 2 scoops if the machine is cleaned less frequently.
Start the cycle and let it run for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner.
Stop the cycle and let it sit for 10 seconds.
Repeat this 4 more times - run for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds.
Remove the filter holder and rinse it thoroughly under running water. Turn off the machine.
Reinsert the handle with a blind filter and start and stop the cycle 10 times - hold for 5 seconds, stop for 2 seconds to rinse thoroughly. Remove the blind filter and place a regular filter.
Make an espresso and discard it to re-season the machine.

Daily procedure to clean filters and filter holder:

Soak the group filter holder and filters in 500 ml of hot water with 2 scoops of EVO Espresso Machine Cleaner for 10 minutes. Rinse them thoroughly under running hot water.
