How it works
Place the CAFFETTIERA on a flat surface, hold the handle firmly, and pull the plunger up and out of the carafeAdd a rounded teaspoon or a Bodum spoon of coarse ground coffee for each cup of waterPour hot water into the carafe (about 92-96 ºC) leaving at least 2.5 cm at the top, and stir with a plastic or wooden spoonPlace the plunger on top of the carafe and twist the lid so that the spout is closed to retain heatLet steep for four minutes and slowly lower the plungerTwist the lid to open the spout and pour your delicious cup of coffee
Use and maintenance
Wash in warm water and soap before first use and dry thoroughly. All parts are dishwasher safe.
All coffee and tea machines from Bodum are measured in European cup sizes: 1 cup = approximately 120 ml.
