The Bialetti Moka Induction 2020 is a perfect blend of the traditional Moka Express and a modern stainless steel look. The upper part of the percolator is made of aluminum, while the lower part is made of heavy stainless steel. This makes the percolator suitable for all heat sources, including induction. With a capacity of 6 cups and 280 ml, you can enjoy multiple delicious espressos in just a few minutes. Using the percolator is easy: fill the lower reservoir with water, add ground coffee to the filter, screw it all together and place it on a heat source. The water slowly bubbles up through the coffee, creating a rich and flavorful espresso. After use, you can easily disassemble, rinse and store the percolator.
