Brewing advice for Filter Coffee or Espresso
With these beans, you can make both delicious filter coffee and elegant espresso. For filter coffee, use 30 grams per 500 ml of water, first pour a little water to degas the coffee, and after about 30 seconds, slowly add the rest of the water. With 18 to 20 grams of finely ground coffee, you can make 40 to 50 ml of espresso, ensuring that the extraction time is between 25 and 30 seconds, so that the flavors are well balanced.
Medium Roasted
We roast this coffee in our Giesen W6 coffee roaster to about 210 degrees Celsius, well after the first crack. This way, they retain their unique character to the maximum, which you can taste.
