Grown under tree shades above 1300 meters above sea level, Flores coffee has hints of chocolate, caramel, and floral flavor in one cup of coffee with a distinct slightly earthy and tobacco aroma. These organic coffee plants are cultivated without the use of fertilizers or pesticides and are hand-picked and wet-processed.
Bajawa is an area in the Flores archipelago just east of Bali that produces one of the best coffee beans and is quickly rising in popularity due to its quality and unique flavors.
