This blend is composed and sold in consultation with the farmers who are registered in this cooperative. As a result, this blend is very consistent in taste and quality. The combination of 60% Cerrado and 40% Santos creates a coffee that is naturally very smooth and full-bodied. Due to its low acidity and its fine flavors of chocolate and nuts, this is a much-loved coffee. A traditional coffee roasted according to our roasting methods results in a coffee with low acidity but with high sweet notes of chocolate and nuts.
