Ethiopia: The Origin
The origin: Ethiopia. This is where it all began. The phenomenon we now know as 'coffee' was discovered here. These coffee beans come from the Sidamo region, located in the south of Ethiopia. In Sidamo, there are many small-scale coffee plantations. By small-scale, we mean between 1000 and 1800 coffee plants. The quality of the coffee beans is very high and they are also hand-picked, which you can taste!
The coffee beans in this bag have a versatile flavor. When used as filter coffee, you will taste fresh fruity notes. With other brewing methods, you will get a sweeter coffee with hints of chocolate.
