What do you mean.. a Marketplace for Coffee?
When I tell people that we're building a Marketplace for coffee, a commonly heard reaction is: Oh... you can't sell second-hand coffee, can you? Or.. if we offer used coffee machines. But, no!
We compare Fête du Café to Amazon, but for coffee and coffee only. You may know that each time you order something on Amazon, chances are big that your package is not sent by Amazon but by one of the hundreds of webshops that sell their products through Amazon. So, in many cases, Amazon is nothing more than a hatch where they collect orders and keep a (significant) commission.
Fête du Café is a small Amazon but specialized in one thing and one thing only: Coffee, coffee, and coffee. We have a platform where we sell your (!) coffee. We don't keep stock, and we don't send packages either. We do, however, provide an enthusiastic coffee audience that buys your products on Fête du Café. We forward the order to you and you send the package.
Because we are much smaller than Amazon (and like to play-it-fair) we only keep a small commission. And.. because we also handle the marketing, you keep more margin. We want you to keep building your coffee business.
So, sell your coffee beans, coffee capsules, coffee pads, coffee cups, and coffee machines on Fête du Café. Registration is free, and we don't do complicated subscriptions. You bring the coffee, we'll seal the deal. Discover the benefits for vendors and register as a Vendor today.
Questions? Send me a message (jeroenvandergeest@feteducafe.com), and I'll be happy to tell you more about Fête du Café, our Coffee Marketplace.
