Returns
If you are not happy with your product – that could happen – we would like to resolve that with you. Send a message and we will contact you to chat on how we can help you.
You may return your product within 14 days. When your return is received by the Vendor, you will get your refund within 10 business days.
Return your package directly to the Vendor who delivered it. You'll find the Vendors address on the packing slip.
These are the conditions for returning a product.
- Original and closed packaging
- Include all accessories
- Not used or damaged

- Send the product to the Vendor. The address can be found on the packing slip.
- Upon receipt, you will receive a refund within 10 business days.
Warranty
Many products come with the usual warranty. It depends on the type of product you have purchased. Machines and small equipment come with standard factory warranty. The terms for these products can be found on the warranty sheet in the packaging of your product.
Products with an expiration date do not have warranty. Fortunately, we guarantee you 100% coffee enjoyment. Always contact us if you are not 100% satisfied.
